Selection of raw material
Our purchase department selects the highest quality leather from Wet Blue.

Leather tanning
Tanning the leather in our own facilities allows us to control the quality of our leathers from the very beginning of the production.

Cutting
We start by cutting the chosen leather for each model which will be later stitched thanks to the sewing department.

Sewing process
After this process we get into the closing stage, where the sewing department sews all of the components together which is the heart of shoe production and the most characteristic stage of the moccasins making process.

Assembly
Once all the prior stages are completed the shoe is taken to the assembly department where the shoe upper and sole become the finished shoe.

Finish
As the name implies, the finishing department is the final stage of the entire footwear manufacturing process. At this stage the shoe leather gets its final touches.

Warehouse
Once the product is completed it goes directly to the warehouse to be served.
